Caleb Shutt

Caleb Shutt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Warehouse Distribution Operations Supervisor at The Mosaic Company since September 2021, Caleb oversees a team and manages production schedules in coordination with the Supply Chain Team. Simultaneously, Caleb works as an Assistant Operations Manager at Quick Family Farms since July 2018. Previous roles include Seed Technician at Bayer Crop Science, Patrol Deputy at Knox County Sheriff's Department, and an intern at Tazewell County Sheriff Department, where skills in law enforcement, investigations, and community service were developed. Caleb also held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Tremont Area Park District, focusing on facility management and community events.
