Charles E. Osborne III

Charles E. Osborne III, CSP, serves as the Vice President of Corporate Environment, Health & Safety at The Mosaic Company since November 2021, leading a global team to enhance the EHS management system and provide strategic governance. Previously, Charles held the position of Vice President & U.S. Country Head for HSE & Sustainability at ABB and Vice President of Environment, Health & Safety at Exide Technologies, where a global EHS & Sustainability strategy was developed. During a long tenure at Honeywell Aerospace, various director roles included responsibilities for integrating health, safety, and environmental standards across operations and leading significant due diligence processes. Earlier in the career at YUSA Corporation, Charles advanced the EHS Management System to achieve ISO 14001 certification. Charles holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety & Health Management and a Bachelor of Science in Conservation from Marshall University.
