Henrique Oliveira

Henrique Oliveira has extensive experience in leadership roles within the mining and production sectors, currently serving as the New Minerals and Co-Products Development Global Director at The Mosaic Company since August 2004. Previous positions at The Mosaic Company include Strategic Project Director, EHS&S Director, Operational Excellence and Project Manager, and various management roles. Prior to joining The Mosaic Company, Henrique worked at Cargill as a Production Supervisor and Trainee, as well as holding internships at Votorantim Celulose e Papel and ArvinMeritor. Henrique holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
