Paul Massoud

Paul Massoud, CFA is the Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasury at The Mosaic Company, where Paul leads global finance operations related to capital allocation, corporate finance, financial analytics, and treasury. Prior to this, Paul held various senior positions at FTI Consulting, StrongKey, Institutional Shareholder Services, and Stifel Financial Corp, gaining extensive experience in areas such as investor relations, financial planning & analysis, shareholder activism defense, contested M&A, equity research, and capital markets advisory. Paul holds a Master of Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and BS degrees in Finance and Biology from the University of Maryland.
