The current leadership team at The Mosaic Company has a wealth of experience in the energy, finance, human resources, and environmental sectors. They have worked for companies such as Dynegy, NRG Energy, Enron Corp, Dover Corporation, Schneider Electric, and Johnson Controls. They have also held positions in crop inputs and fertilizer production with Cargill Fertilizantes Brazil and Mosaic Fertilizantes. In addition to their corporate experience, members of the team also have degrees in fields such as political science, finance, marketing, organization development, and engineering.
