Thomas Russell began their work experience as a Research and Development Intern at Mount Savage Specialty Refractories Company in 2007. Thomas then moved on to the Charles Koch Institute in 2009, where they worked as a Marketing & Recruiting Coordinator until 2012. From 2012 onwards, Thomas joined The Motley Fool, starting as a Manager in Advertising Operations and eventually working their way up to Director, Growth and Marketing Optimization in 2023. Throughout their roles at The Motley Fool, they demonstrated expertise in marketing, product management, member retention, and acquisition strategy.
Thomas Russell attended Grove City College from 2005 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management.
