Dr Sean McCance

Dr. Sean McCance serves as the Co-Director of Spine Surgery at The Mount Sinai Hospital since 2005 and has held the position of Director at Spine Associates since 2000. Additionally, Dr. McCance has been an Attending Spine Surgeon and Coordinator of Spine Education at Lenox Hill Hospital since 1997, focusing on resident education and program development in spine surgery. Dr. McCance earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons between 1987 and 1991. Further training includes a spine surgery fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital and education at Fordham University, where a Bachelor of Science degree was obtained.
