Michael Roche

Michael Roche, PE, MBA, CHFM, serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Crothall Healthcare since September 2013, with prior roles including Resident Regional Manager and Director of Engineering. Concurrently, Michael holds the position of Senior Director of Engineering at The Mount Sinai Hospital since February 2018. Michael's extensive experience encompasses leadership roles in engineering for multiple organizations, including Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Mount Sinai Health System. Michael began the career as a Junior Systems Engineer at Con Edison, significantly contributing to a project that saved the company an estimated $750,000 annually. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University.
