Reta Gasser

Reta Gasser has held a variety of positions in the technology and data fields since 2015. In 2016, they were a Writing Mentor at Wesleyan University, and a Marketing Manager at Count It Labs, Inc. Reta was also a Fellow at Digital Wesleyan, where they developed programming skills in Python, API research, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Firebase. Additionally, they collaborated with two class-members to build a full-scale, functional iOS app for job application preparation. In 2015, they were an Intern at the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration, where they conducted database management and prepared comprehensive issue reports. Reta also created a comprehensive resource booklet to orient those who recently arrived from Puerto Rico to New York City. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Zenith, where they held roles as an Analyst, Planner, Assistant Planner, and Trainee - Strategy/Investment. In 2019, they were a Digital Analytics Lead at Cory 2020. Currently, Reta Gasser is a Senior Data and Technology Strategist and Data and Technology Strategist at The Movement Cooperative.

Reta Gasser has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Wesleyan University, where they double majored in Government and Latin American Studies with a Certificate in International Relations. Reta also spent a semester abroad in Valparaiso, Chile at Universidad de Playa Ancha.
