Joseph Nardella

Joseph Nardella is an accomplished professional in the lacrosse and business sectors, currently serving as a salesperson at The Movement Group - Compass since September 2020. Nardella is the founder and CEO of Faceoff Factory, established in September 2013, and has been a professional lacrosse player for the Premier Lacrosse League since May 2019. Previously, Nardella played professionally for the Atlanta Blaze from August 2015 to May 2019 and contributed as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Harvard University from September 2015 to May 2019. A Rutgers University alumnus, Nardella completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics while actively participating as a men's lacrosse player from September 2011 to May 2015, alongside a brief internship at RU Financial in 2014.
