The Position

Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, the General Manager will be a natural leader and help to deliver positive shareable experiences. They are fun, energetic and know how to throw a party!

They will be responsible for creating positive shareable experiences for guests at Par-Tee Putt Vancouver and other MRG-owned businesses, as well as drive business through community outreach.

The Role

  • Provide top-notch service, safety, and cleanliness of the venue resulting in operational excellence.

  • Oversee and strategize ways to improve financial performance while ensuring brand standards are being met.

  • Create positive relationships with the team while exhibiting empathy and respect for people at all levels.

  • Effectively address guest concerns in a fair and honest way.

  • Develop and maintain a positive work culture for all employees.

  • Take ownership of the training and development of staff.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and follow through with service expectations for special events (food service, staffing levels, room set-up).

  • Bring life to the party and encourage the team to do the same!

Due to the nature of the work, after hours correspondence may be required
