Martin Pacino

Martin Pacino is the Director of Quantitative Research at The MSR Group. Martin has over 20 years of experience in market research and consumer insights.

Martin began their career as a research analyst at Kaiser Permanente, where they worked for two years before moving to Experian Consumer Services. At Experian, Martin served as a Consumer Insights Research Manager for over four years. In this role, they were responsible for developing research initiatives, deploying them in agile systems of data collection and visualization, and generating action-centric insights across the consumer and customer journeys.

In December 2020, Martin left Experian to join The MSR Group as their Director of Quantitative Research. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all quantitative research projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Martin also works closely with clients to understand their needs and develop custom research solutions that provide actionable insights.

Martin Pacino graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Martin Pacino works with James Yuksel - Senior Web Developer, Anastasia Osborne - Lead Data Processor, and Suzi Angier - Senior Project Manager. Their manager is Don Beck, President & CEO.
