Rado Nikolov is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in software intelligence and technology. Currently serving as CMO and EVP at CAST since September 2019, Rado leads the company's marketing efforts in providing advanced insights into software systems. Previously at IBM from August 1997 to September 2019, Rado held various leadership positions, including CMO and VP of Product Management for Watson Talent & Collaboration, where Rado crafted and executed comprehensive product and marketing strategies, significantly transforming the marketing approach of the organization. Rado's earlier roles at IBM involved directing marketing transformation, managing product portfolios, and developing competitive strategies, consistently driving growth and innovation. Rado holds a Master of Science in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Technical University Sofia.
