Kayla Winsor currently serves as a Climate Action Coordinator at The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg. Prior to this, Kayla held positions as a Climate Change Intern at the Town of Annapolis Royal, a Sustainability Assistant at the Town of New Glasgow, and completed a Professional Placement at the same municipality. Kayla graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Community Development (BCD) in Community Development and Environmental Sustainability Studies. Kayla previously attended North Nova Education Centre.

The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg is a district municipality in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia. We are the third-largest rural municipality in Nova Scotia in terms of total property assessment and encompass a geographic area representing over 432,000 acres.
