Rachel Sigler

Rachel Sigler currently serves as the Deputy Director of Advancement at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley since September 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Director of Development, University Priorities, and Associate Director of The Virginia Fund at the University of Virginia from July 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing communications and fundraising efforts for the President’s Opportunity Fund. Rachel also held multiple positions at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts from April 2018 to July 2022, including Leadership Gifts Officer and Assistant Manager for Leadership Campaigns. Earlier work experience includes development and marketing roles at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, White House Black Market, and various internships. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Theatre Arts from Concordia College, which was attended from 2013 to 2017, and completed high school education at Benilde-St. Margaret's from 2009 to 2013.
