Sarah Hodge

Sarah Hodge is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at The Mutual Bank since May 2023. Previously, Sarah held the role of People and Culture Business Partner at NGM Group, where responsibilities included designing and implementing P&C strategies and providing guidance to colleagues and the business. Sarah's extensive experience also encompasses roles as an Employee Relations Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Newcastle Permanent Building Society, in addition to various HR advisory positions at Hunter Water, Maitland City Council, and others. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of New England and an Advanced GNVQ in Leisure and Tourism from Downham Market Sixth Form Centre.
