Marty DeLaat, MBA

Marty DeLaat, MBA has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marty currently serves as the Director of West Coast Sales at The Naked Market since March 2023. Prior to this, Marty was the Director of Sales - West at Milk Bar from May 2021 to February 2023. Marty also worked as a Sales Lead, West Coast at SIMULATE from August 2020 to April 2021.

Before that, Marty held the position of Sr. Director of Sales at The Living Apothecary from January 2019 to May 2020. Marty worked with Chameleon Cold-Brew in various sales roles including Director of Sales - National Accounts, Director of Sales-West, and Regional Sales Manager from June 2015 to January 2019.

Marty gained valuable experience at The Coca-Cola Company as an Area Sales Manager for Venturing & Emerging Brands from February 2014 to January 2015. Marty also worked at ZICO Beverages, LLC as a Regional Sales Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, Los Angeles Market Unit Sales Manager, and Los Angeles Area Sales Representative from March 2011 to February 2014.

Earlier in their career, Marty worked as a Marketing Manager at Pisgah Works from March 2007 to January 2012. Marty also served as a Marketing Coordinator at Outsource Telecom from April 2010 to November 2010 and as a Consumer Sales Representative at Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings from May 2005 to November 2008.

Marty DeLaat, MBA, pursued their education in a sequential manner. Marty began their academic journey in 2000 at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Transportation & Logistics. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2004, Marty decided to further enhance their education and enrolled at Loyola Marymount University in 2008. Over the course of a year, Marty pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, focusing on International Business.
