Michael Koscielny MBA CPCU CIC currently serves as the Director of Field Marketing for Graduate Programs at Olivet College Graduate Business Programs and is the CEO and Founder of Born2Lead LLC. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Koscielny has held prominent roles such as Vice President of Underwriting at Florida Peninsula Insurance Company and various leadership positions within the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society, including Past President and Chair.
