Celeste Anderson Kaufman

Celeste Anderson Kaufman currently serves as Associate Director of Member Engagement at the National Association of Manufacturers, having progressed from the role of Manager of Member Relations since June 2022. Previous experience includes positions at Stand Together as Portfolio Manager and Senior Development Associate, as well as Director of Operations at Empower America Project, where oversight of organizational operations and event logistics was key. Additional roles include Programs Coordinator at the Jack Kemp Foundation, Marketing Fellow at The Center for Vision & Values at Grove City College, Research and Teaching Assistant at Grove City College, and Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. Celeste holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Grove City College and has furthered education with studies in International Law and European Politics in Italy, and a Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford.
