Kristie Arslan

Kristie Arslan serves as the Assistant Vice President of Member and Board Engagement at the National Association of Manufacturers, overseeing a team responsible for collaborating with Fortune 500 members, state affiliates, and policymakers to advance U.S. manufacturing interests. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Director at the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council and Small Business Counsel & Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Women Impacting Public Policy. Arslan also held the position of Executive Director at the National Association for the Self-Employed, where responsibilities included serving as President & CEO and Director of Government Affairs. Arslan holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in International Relations from Lehigh University.
