Victoria K. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning program management, development, and implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as the AVP of Learning Programs at the National Association of Manufacturers since January 2022, Victoria has successfully led the IRI Training Program and focused on metrics-driven approaches for cost justification. Prior to this, as VP of Learning Programs at the Innovation Research Interchange, Victoria managed training initiatives and the TRACK program. Victoria's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding AirConAcademy, an online vocational training startup, and holding leadership roles in training programs at the American Petroleum Institute and the NAPE Educational Foundation. Victoria's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master's in Public Administration from American University.
