Adriane Massa

Adriane Massa has been serving as President of Nevada Fidelity and Surety Association since January 2023 and Past President of National Association of Women in Construction since October 2020. With extensive experience at Assurance Ltd. since July 1989, Adriane holds roles as CSR for construction accounts and Commercial Account Executive, specializing in insurance and bonds for construction accounts. Adriane holds a CIC degree in Insurance from National Alliance, a CRIS degree in Construction Insurance from The National Alliance, and Bachelor's degrees in Education from UNLV and University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

National Association of Women in Construction

NAWIC is an international association serving 120+ chapters across the United States. It was founded in 1953 to enhance the success of women in the construction industry as “Women in Construction of Fort Worth, Texas.” In 1955, the charter was expanded to allow chapters to form across the country and the National Association of Women in Construction was born. NAWIC’s Core Purpose is “To enhance the success of women in the construction industry.” The association has expanded to include international affiliates in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
