Pearl Swasey

Pearl Swasey is an accomplished Quality Assurance & Linguist Compliance Specialist at GLOBO, where expertise includes implementing recognition programs and enhancing onboarding processes. In addition, Pearl serves as a Lead Moderator for Cortado and has extensive experience as a Lead Educator and Freelance Medical Interpreter, providing training and educational resources across various sectors. Currently, Pearl is a Trainer & Facilitator for the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and a Certified Medical Interpreter with the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters. Previous roles include managing a team of multilingual interpreters at Incall Outsourcing and working as a Remote Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions. Pearl is pursuing a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at CETMECH and actively volunteers as an interpreter for VECINA to assist unaccompanied refugee children.
