Elin Gustafsson

Elin Gustafsson has extensive experience in social work and management within various organizations. Currently serving as an Avdelningsföreståndare at Statens institutionsstyrelse since June 2014, Elin oversees departmental operations, personnel, and budget responsibilities. Previously, Elin held the position of Föreståndare at Via Verna AB, managing administrative duties, quality assurance, recruitment, and client care. Further experience includes roles as Chef för öppenvård och bemanning at Pär Sonesson & Co, Behandlingssamordnare at Attendo IOF, and Behandlingssekreterare at Statens institutionsstyrelse. Elin's early career involved positions as a Socialsekreterare in both socialpsychiatry and economic assistance with Gotlands kommun and E-quality Personalkraft. Elin holds a Master of Social Work from Ersta Sköndal University College and additional qualifications in nutrition and social pedagogy.
