Sara Sedighi

Sara Sedighi is a qualified jurist with extensive experience in administrative and migration law. Currently serving at Statens institutionsstyrelse since May 2021, Sara's responsibilities include various legal tasks within the agency's headquarters. Previously, as a föredragande jurist at Förvaltningsrätten i Stockholm from September 2019 to May 2021, Sara conducted legal investigations and presented proposals for decisions, along with performing confidentiality assessments related to public document requests. Prior to that, Sara held a similar position at Migrationsdomstolen i Stockholm from September 2016 to September 2019, focusing on complex legal investigations regarding residence permits and deportation matters. Sara's career began at Migrationsverket, working as a handläggare in the Dublin unit from November 2015 to August 2016. Educational credentials include a Juristexamen obtained from Stockholm University and studies in public policy and political science.
