Sean T. Sullivan, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sean T. is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) since 2023. Prior to this, they founded and was the Managing Principal at Saolré Strategies, LLC from September 2022 to January 2023. From 2019 to 2022, Sean worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SHRM. Sean T. has also held leadership positions at Tufts Medical Center, SAIC, Leidos, and TRW/Northrop Grumman, where they played crucial roles in guiding human capital strategies, leading HR teams, spearheading change management, and aligning HR functions with business strategies. Sean's experience spans across diverse industries and organizations of varying sizes, showcasing their expertise and versatility in the field.

Sean T. Sullivan, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Human Resources from the Syracuse University - Maxwell School. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Syracuse University. In January 2019, Sean earned the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
