Faisal Alibrahim serves as the Chairman of the Board for the National Infrastructure Fund since February 2024 and has held the position of Minister at the Ministry of Economy and Planning since February 2018, where Faisal also served as Vice Minister. Additional roles include Board Member positions at several organizations such as the National Center for Performance Measurement, Local Content And Government Procurement Authority, Non Oil Revenues Development Center, National Energy Services Company (Tarshid), and Cultural Development Fund. Faisal Alibrahim was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in March 2020. Prior to these roles, an advisory position was held at the Ministry of Economy and Planning from September 2016 to February 2018. Educational qualifications include an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, alongside degrees in Economics and Accounting with a minor in Management Information Systems from Penn State University, and participation in programs at Bucerius Summer School on Global Governance and Istituto di Studi Economici e per l'Occupazione.
