Celia Zhao is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently employed at The National Food Lab since June 2016, Celia has held various roles, including Food Scientist, Associate Food Scientist, and Food Technologist. Prior to this, Celia worked as a Food Safety Coordinator at Bakers of Paris, overseeing the food safety program and serving as the point of contact for audits. Experience also includes a role as a Quality Assurance Technician at Flying Food Group, where Celia managed training and conducted supplier audits. Celia began the professional journey as a Summer Intern at Galileo Learning and holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of California, Davis.
