Tabitha Luh

Tabitha Luh is an Associate Food Scientist at The National Food Lab, Inc. since June 2019, specializing in product lifecycle management projects for Fortune 50 clients, focusing on specification writing, data governance, and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes serving as a Food Science Teaching Lab Technician Assistant at Cornell University, where Tabitha conducted various laboratory tests and maintained lab safety. Additionally, Tabitha has held roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant conducting protein quantification and cancer cell research, a Q/C & Microbiology Intern at Lavva focusing on quality control and hygiene inspections, and a research intern at Cornell Dyson School, along with a culinary externship at The American Club Hong Kong. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an Associate's degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from The Culinary Institute of America.
