Rebecca Davidson has extensive work experience in various environmental and conservation roles. Rebecca currently serves as the Senior Director at the National Forest Foundation, focusing on developing and managing conservation programs and strategic initiatives in Arizona and New Mexico. Rebecca has also held the position of Director, Southwest Region at the National Forest Foundation, where they oversaw the implementation of conservation programs and worked with various partners.

Rebecca has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Vermont Law School, specifically supporting the UNFCCC COP22 and COP21 Observer Delegations. Their role involved assisting students in understanding public international law related to environmental problem-solving and providing support during COP negotiations.

Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Water Rights Analyst at Salt River Project, where they analyzed water rights, negotiated agreements, and led efforts to protect water resources.

Earlier in their career, Rebecca held various positions at the Arizona Game and Fish Department, including Project Evaluation Program Supervisor, Land and Resource Planning Coordinator and Liaison to the BLM, Native Fish Recovery Program Coordinator, and Avian Biologist and Field Supervisor. In these roles, they contributed to wildlife conservation efforts, conducted surveys, managed projects, and ensured compliance with environmental laws.

Rebecca's work experience also includes being an Aquatic Ecology Laboratory and Field Technician at Northern Arizona University, where they assisted in collecting and processing river benthos specimens for research projects related to river systems and aquatic ecosystems.

Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated strong expertise in environmental conservation, policy, and law, as well as a commitment to protecting natural resources and promoting sustainable practices.

Rebecca Davidson pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their bachelor's degree. From 1993 to 1996, they attended Northern Arizona University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Science. Following this, in 2014 and 2015, they enrolled at Vermont Law and Graduate School to undertake a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy, with a focus on Climate Law and Policy.
