Yolande Basson is an accomplished executive coach and consultant currently serving as Faculty and Program Director at Hult International Business School since 2013, alongside a role as Executive Coach. In addition to this, Basson has been a columnist for The National since July 2017, contributing a weekly column titled "Workplace Doctor." With a strong background in optometry, having held positions such as Director and Owner at Classic Eyes Eye Care Centre and Optometrist at David Clulow Opticians, Basson has also served as Lead Faculty for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. since January 2012 and as Executive, Leadership, and Team Coach at WWA Corporate Coaching since January 2018. Educational qualifications include an Ashridge Certified Executive Coach degree from Hult International Business School and a B.Optom degree in Optometry from the University of Johannesburg.
