Muhammad Budi Setiawan

Muhammad Budi Setiawan is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in the fields of nuclear energy and communication technology. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher at The National Research and Innovation Agency of The Republic of Indonesia since September 2021, Muhammad has previously held positions as a Researcher at the National Nuclear Energy Agency and held leadership roles including Director General at the Directorate General of ICT Resources and Standards and the Directorate General Post and Telecommunication. Muhammad's credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Energy Management and a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering, both obtained from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from McMaster University. A diverse background includes early experiences as a Radio Announcer with NHK and involvement in radiation safety design.
