Cara Solovey

Cara Solovey, M.A., possesses extensive experience in project management and leadership development within the education and nonprofit sectors. As a Senior Project Manager at The National Society of Leadership and Success since August 2018, Cara oversees complex company initiatives, managing multiple projects through all stages of project management. Previous roles include Chapter Success Manager and Project Manager, where significant achievements included facilitating training sessions, exceeding performance metrics, and enhancing client engagement. Prior to this, Cara served as a Student Activities Coordinator at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, overseeing student organizations and implementing leadership programs. Cara also has a background as a Graduate Assistant at Leadership Safari, where responsibilities included organizing a large-scale leadership conference. Cara holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, Higher Education Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Biomedical Sciences from Central Michigan University.
