Jenna Fontanez

Jenna Fontanez has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and management. Jenna'smost recent position is as the Director of Talent Management at The National Society of Leadership and Success. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at the same organization.

Before joining The National Society of Leadership and Success, Jenna worked as the Talent Acquisition and Training Manager at the New York Botanical Garden for three years. Jenna was responsible for consulting with hiring departments, developing candidate profiles, and creating job advertisements. Additionally, they partnered with external recruitment agencies for specialized positions.

Jenna also gained experience as the Human Resources Manager at the Wildlife Conservation Society and as an HR Coordinator at Spectrum. Jenna served as an HR Generalist at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services and held various roles, including HR Coordinator and Office Manager, at both the New York Botanical Garden and the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services.
