Lashaundra Randolph

LaShaundra Randolph is an experienced professional in educational administration and leadership development, currently serving as the Manager of Education Instruction & Deployment at The National Society of Leadership and Success since February 2022. With a strong background in higher education, LaShaundra has held various roles, including Campus Life and Leadership Coordinator at MCC-Penn Valley and Summer Bridge Program Coordinator at UMKC. Responsibilities have included creating instructional materials, providing educational support, overseeing student activities, and managing leadership development programs. LaShaundra holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western State University, a Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Higher Education.
