Paula Lopez Dunlop

Paula Dunlop is currently serving as the People Business Partner for South & West Scotland at the National Trust for Scotland since January 2024. Prior to this role, Paula worked at Incremental Group from February 2021 to January 2024, initially as an Associate People Business Partner and later as a People Business Partner, contributing to a company recognized as one of the fastest-growing Dynamics and data partners in the UK. Experience also includes a management and supervisory position at Costa Coffee from October 2016 to February 2021, along with a human resources work placement at Woodward, Inc. in early 2020. Paula holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and an Honours Degree in Society, Politics and Policy from the University of the West of Scotland.
