Kim Leduff

Vice President Of People And Culture at The National WWII Museum

Kim LeDuff, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various leadership and academic roles. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of People and Culture at The National WWII Museum since 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at the University of West Florida including Vice President for Academic Engagement, Vice President of Academic Engagement and Student Affairs, Chief Diversity Officer, and Dean/Associate Vice Provost University College & Professor of Communications. They also worked at the University of Southern Mississippi as an Associate Director/Associate Professor.

Kim LeDuff, Ph.D. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication at Xavier University of Louisiana from 1992 to 1996. Kim then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Maryland from 1996 to 1997. Continuing their education, they earned a Ph.D. in Mass Communication from Indiana University Bloomington between the years 1999 and 2004.
