Heidi Nicewander

Heidi Nicewander has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heidi started their career at Forever Families, Inc. in 2007, where they served as an Adoption Supervisor and Post Adoption Program Manager until 2012. Heidi then worked at Aerotek as a Recruiter from October 2012 to March 2013. Following that, they joined the State of Oregon as a Client Care Surveyor from June 2013 to February 2014. From September 2014 to August 2019, Heidi served as a Senior Supportive Housing Supervisor and Qualified Mental Health Professional at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. Most recently, in September 2019, they became the Intensive Mental Health Services Director at the Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc. (NARA).

Heidi Nicewander obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, with a focus on Arts and Ideas in the Humanities, from the University of Michigan in 2006. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Social Work degree at the University of Michigan, specializing in Social Policy and Evaluation with Children and Youth in Families and Society, which they completed in 2007.
