Ross Blair

Ross Blair currently serves as President and CEO of The Native Land Company, a position held since January 2020, following roles as Chief Operating Officer and Operations Manager. Prior to this, Ross Blair was the Business Development Manager at Hancock Environmental Seeding from June 2017 to January 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Farm Manager at PALMETTO VEGETABLE COMPANY LLC from December 2013 to March 2017, and at Pacific Tomato Growers from August 2004 to December 2013, where Ross Blair held the positions of Farm Manager and Assistant Farm Manager.
