Lyzel Krebs

Lyzel Krebs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lyzel currently serves as the Associate Director of Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion at The Nature Conservancy, where they began in 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an ERG Strategist for the same organization from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining The Nature Conservancy, Lyzel held roles at the Las Vegas Valley Water District, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Analyst from 2019 to 2020 and as a Human Resources Analyst from 2018 to 2019.

Lyzel also worked at MGM Resorts International as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant from 2018 to 2018, as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist from 2016 to 2018, and as a National Diversity Relations Coordinator from 2014 to 2016.

In addition, Lyzel worked as a Professional Coach and Owner at LSK Coaching and Consulting from 2013 to 2014, and as a Communications Assistant at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada from 2012 to 2012.

Lyzel'searlier experiences include serving as the Staff Vice President for Government Affairs at HBA Saint Louis and Eastern Missouri from 2006 to 2011, and as a Senior Account Executive at Torme Lauricella Public Relations from 2000 to 2004.

Lyzel Krebs has a Master's Degree in Pacific International Affairs from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS), which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Lyzel also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Nevada, Reno, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Lyzel has obtained various certifications related to leadership, agile methodologies, and professional development from institutions such as Scrum Alliance and LinkedIn.
