Renée Vassilos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agriculture innovation and investment. Currently serving as an External Member of the Builders Bridge Investment Committee at Builders Vision and as the Director of Agriculture Innovation at The Nature Conservancy, Vassilos focuses on scaling climate tech investments in regenerative agriculture and ag tech. Vassilos holds several director positions on boards, including SeedLinked and GrainPro, where responsibilities include overseeing finance and audit committees. As Managing Director at Golden Seeds, Vassilos advanced female entrepreneurs through angel investments. Vassilos founded Banyan Innovation Group, providing consulting for agri-businesses and investors. Previous roles span strategic sales and program management at John Deere, as well as business development consulting for American Robotics. Vassilos holds degrees in Agricultural Economics from the University of California, Davis, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard Extension School.
