Stephanie Holthaus

Stephanie Holthaus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate action, philanthropy, and logistics. Currently serving as a Climate Action Advisor and Director of External and Corporate Affairs at The Nature Conservancy since March 2014, Stephanie leads initiatives to influence key audiences on climate issues and oversees communications and marketing in Alaska. Prior roles include Associate Director of Philanthropy, focusing on major gift management and strategic development. Before joining The Nature Conservancy, Stephanie held executive positions at Totem Ocean Trailer Express as Vice President of Operations and Sales, and at Alta Air Logistics as President, where Stephanie established a freight-forwarding company in Alaska. Additionally, Stephanie served as VP of Cargo for Northern Air Cargo for nearly two decades. Stephanie holds an MBA in Information and Communication Technology from Alaska Pacific University.
