Tara Schnaible has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tara began their career at Motorola Solutions as a Software & Hardware Intern for three summers. Tara then worked as a System and Network Administrator at the Illinois Institute of Technology College of Architecture. Following that, they joined Gads Hill Center as an Administrative Assistant in Philanthropy, where they assisted with grant writing, research, and fundraising events. Tara then moved on to The Nature Conservancy, where they held multiple positions. Tara started as the TIS Operations Manager and later became a Senior Usability Analyst, responsible for conducting user research and improving information architecture. Most recently, they worked as a Principal Technology Architect, providing support for Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online applications and leading staff through site development and design.

Tara Schnaible holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Tara also pursued studies in BioChemistry at the University of Illinois Chicago. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Workshop from the Chicago Wilderness Alliance and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com. Other certifications include Office 365: Groups for Administrators from LinkedIn, Project Leadership from eCornell, and various technology-related certifications from Learning Tree International and Human Factors International.
