Whitney Coombs Bowden

Whitney Coombs Bowden is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various roles within environmental and marketing organizations. Currently serving as Communications Manager at The Nature Conservancy since September 2024, Whitney previously held the position of Senior Manager at Junapr from September 2022 to September 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at GBIC: Greater Burlington Industrial Corp. and Marketing Director at Kelly Brush Foundation. Whitney's marketing expertise was also developed as Marketing Manager at Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management and Key Account Coordinator at Verde Brand Communications. Earlier roles include Online Advocacy and Outreach Coordinator at National Wildlife Federation. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College, completed in 2009, and attended Stratton Mountain School from 2001 to 2005.
