Simion Claudiu Dan is currently working as Master AFNI SDPO at The Nautical Institute. With over 17 years of experience, Simion has led and managed crews on various vessels ensuring they are seaworthy and compliant with regulations. Simion also has experience as a Bass Chorist at Philharmonic Choir ''Black Sea'' Constanta, Romania, and as a Professor in Independent School teaching Religion. Simion holds degrees in IT Engineering, Seagoing Worldwide Navigation, Economics & Port Management, and ancient orthodox theology.
