Melissa F. serves as a Plank Member at The Bureau Consortium, contributing expertise in mass shooting and workplace violence risk management. In addition, Melissa holds the position of Director of Incident Response with Mindful Negotiating, overseeing training and advisory efforts across various sectors. As Managing Director of The Negotiations Collective, Melissa provides corporate training and services in negotiation and conflict resolution. Prior to these roles, Melissa dedicated over two decades to the FBI as a Special Agent, focusing on crisis negotiation and undercover operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director at Delaware County Women Against Rape Inc., where Melissa advocated for sexual assault victims. Educational achievements include advanced training in hostage negotiation and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
