Jason Sereno Pla

Jason Sereno, PLA has extensive work experience in the development and engineering fields. Jason started their career at VIKA Virginia, LLC in 2006, where they worked as an Associate and Project Manager until 2013.

In 2013, Jason joined EYA, LLC and held various roles within the company. Jason started as a Director of Engineering before being promoted to Senior Director of Engineering in 2015. In these positions, they were responsible for coordinating feasibility studies, site plan design, and permitting processes. Jason also acted as a liaison with local municipalities and consultants.

In 2018, Jason transitioned to the role of Development Director at EYA, LLC. Their responsibilities included managing rezoning and entitlement efforts on pipeline projects and leading new acquisition activity. Jason prepared financial analyses for development opportunities and managed proformas throughout a project's lifecycle.

In 2020, Jason was promoted to Senior Director of Development at EYA, LLC, where they continued to contribute to the company's development efforts. Jason recently assumed the role of Vice President of Development, which they currently hold.

Jason Sereno, PLA attended the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry from 2001 to 2006. Jason obtained a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) degree during this time, specializing in Landscape Architecture.
