Aruna D. serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at Eden Housing, Inc., since July 2023, and is a member of the Extended Leadership Team, overseeing all aspects of affordable housing development. Previous experience includes over a decade at BRIDGE Housing Corporation as Senior Vice President of Development, focusing on Southern California and Oregon regions, and six years at Mercy Housing, Inc. as Senior Project Developer, where affordable housing was developed and rehabilitated across multiple states. Aruna D. began a career in finance as a Senior Securities & Debt Analyst at AIMCO, responsible for refinancing debt on affordable properties. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Real Estate, an Executive Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Construction Management, and a BBA in Finance, all from the University of Denver and the UNM Anderson School of Management.
