Khadija Kadrouch-Outmany is a seasoned qualitative researcher currently employed at Sociaal en Cultureel Planbureau since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kadrouch-Outmany served as a Policy Officer at the Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid from August 2020 to May 2021, and as a Postdoc Researcher at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen between February 2016 and January 2021, focusing on the transnational identities of Moroccan-Dutch Muslims within a project on pilgrimage to Mecca. Additionally, Kadrouch-Outmany has experience as a researcher at Maastricht University and has contributed to studies on child and religious marriages in the Netherlands.
