Sara Matar

Sara Matar is an experienced professional in project management, journalism, and public relations. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the Vision Of Women #TheWomenTheFuture initiative since June 2023, Sara has also worked as a Freelance Reporter for The New Arab since November 2019. A Public Relations Coordinator since March 2012 at a PR Agency, Sara previously held roles as a Media Consultant for the Arab Women & Business Development Council and Communications Coordinator for Qatar Red Crescent Society. Earlier career experience includes reporting and editing for Future Newspaper-Almustaqbal and serving as a Communications Manager for the Ministry of Agriculture in Lebanon. Sara Matar holds a diploma in Technical and Scientific Communication from the World Federation for Scientific Journalists and has pursued degrees in English Language and Literature and Journalism from Lebanese University.
